With the holiday season fast approaching ( where has this year gone ?! ) sometimes we forget to gift ourselves with needed TLC. In honour of taking care of our skin we have put together our favourite handbag products to save your skin during this busy travel season..

Let’s start with every handbag essential- Hand Cream. There is something that is so feminine about having luxuriously soft hands. When reaching for a hand cream we always always turn to our HOLY GRAIL brand – Mor. The scents are to die for ! Our favorite is Snow Gardenia and Lychee Flower. With a reasonable price point these products can not be left behind for our travel bag. For more of a splurge we love Aussie brand Aesop. The Resurrection Hand Balms is full of botanicals and hydrates like nothing else we have tried.

Whilst abroad our skin usually becomes dehydrated. To keep that GLOW we find ourselves using the beautiful Skinstitut Hydration Mask ! With Shea Butter, Multi-vitamin Concentrate, and Red Raspberry this mask helps to plump, hydrate and refine stressed skin. The hydration mask will leave your skin looking radiant and refreshed after a long day of travel. A spritz of Rose Hibiscus Hydrating Facial Mist from Herbivore Botanicals also helps us stay fresh and dewy.

Along with dehydrated skin, comes dehydrated lips. Hurraw is an ethical brand providing natural, vegan, premium lip balms made with raw, and organic ingredients. They come in a variety of irresistible decadent flavours whilst providing your lips with a silky nourished feel.

Of course we can apply all of these beautiful products, but we can’t forget to nourish our bodies from the inside out. When traveling it is so important to drink lots of water! And we mean LOTS !
Hydrating your body will help to clear any impurities that might be developing, plump your skin, and help to reduce dark under eye circles. If you’re not a big water drinker, try infusing your water with your favourite fruits! It adds a yummy taste with the extra benefits of antioxidants. Use a Crystal Elixar water bottle like this one from Free People – which holds the the all-natural, energizing effects of raw crystals. A pure crystal stone is firmly fastened inside each glass bottle, creating an elixir that supports revitalization and clarification of the mind and body.
