Complaint and Appeal Policy and Procedures
Student Handbook
The Student Handbook is a resource guide for students. It covers key expectations, policies, rules, regulations and health and safety. Students are encouraged to ask questions and clarify any sections in this document.
Statement of VET Tuition Assurance
Tuition assurance protects students in the event a course provided by an approved VSL provider ceases to be provided after it starts but before it is completed. Affected students are offered a replacement course with another provider and where this is not possible, the students’ FEE-HELP balance for the affected part of the course will be re-credited.

Statement of Full-Fee Paying or Fee-for-Service Tuition Assurance
Cover for students engaged in full-fee paying or fee-for-service arrangements in 2018 will be covered through Australian Student Tuition Assurance Scheme (ASTAS). Please refer to the Notice of Intent to Provide Cover in the interim for the period 1st January 2018 to 1st December 2018.

ITECA is a membership-based peak body bringing together independent providers in the higher education, vocational education and training sectors. Individually and collectively we share a commitment to providing students and their employers with the quality outcomes they are looking for.
