ORIENTATION INFORMATION
Everything you need to know about your first day on campus
Frenchie Fittings
You’re welcome to join us on campus for an optional 30-minute session to fit your uniform and complete any remaining enrolment paperwork, if required.
WHAT TO BRING AND PREPARE:
- Bring your personalised documents to finalise your enrolment.
- Come prepared for a photo (you may wish to wear your hair up and apply some make-up) – we will take your picture for your Student ID Card.
- Be prepared to try on your uniform – we will give you a chance to snap a photo for your vision board.
- If you are completing your LLN Questionnaire, allow an additional 60 minutes to join our friendly support staff who will make completing your LLN Questionnaire a simple and stress free experience.
Family and friends are also welcome to join you at this session.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR NEW FRENCHIES
Our Diploma programs have an official orientation week where we cover a number of key activities and sessions to get you comfortable, meet your peers and educators and find out everything you need to know before your official first class. Learn all about it here
Yes. Orientation is an important part of getting to know the campus, getting you logged in to the learning portals, and we also start your first beauty therapy unit during Orientation Week. We’ve designed these three unmissable days to get you started on the right foot, ready for the year ahead.
If you do not have an Australian year 12 Certificate or have not successfully completed a Certificate IV or higher qualification, you must sit an approved Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test and be assessed as competent at Exit Level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework in both reading and numeracy.
All the documents required to complete your enrolment are in your online Enrolment Application portal.

You will receive your uniform during your orientation week. Don’t worry, we have lots of sizes available and you will be able to try them on.

VET Student Loans will not be approved for students who do not meet eligibility requirements. A VET Student Loan gives rise to a HELP debt that continues to be a debt to the Commonwealth until it is repaid.
