The course fees include both the SHB50121 Diploma of Beauty Therapy & CUA51020 Diploma of Screen and Media (Specialist Make-Up Services). For students eligible for VET Student Loans, full funding for the total course fees is available. This means there are no co-payment or upfront fees required to study. Please Note: VET Student Loans will not be approved for students who do not meet eligibility requirements. Admissions Criteria
The French Beauty Academy is committed to providing and promoting non-discriminatory and inclusive enrolment practices, and to ensuring that students applying for enrolment into the Dual Diploma have the required aptitude and attributes necessary to reasonably achieve the qualification.
As such, all students enrolling in to the Dual Diploma – regardless of funding option – are required to meet the academic requirements:
- provide an Australian Year 12 Certificate; or
- provide evidence of successful completion of an AQF Certificate IV or higher qualification (where the language of instruction is English); OR
- display competence at Exit Level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework in both reading and numeracy through an approved Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test
If the applicant is under the age of 18 (at first census date) they must complete two VSL Parental Consent forms, (unless the student is certified as independent, in which case evidence must be provided of independence).
