• Specialise in advanced high-performing facials to treat a variety of skin concerns
• Provide highly personalised cosmeceutical skincare recommendations (product sales is where they can vastly increase their earning potential!)
• Lead new client consultations, diagnose skin concerns and design treatment plans
• Design skincare routines personalised to their clients needs
• Develop relationships with their clients to build treatment plans to ensure repeat bookings
