You can choose to walk, jog, dance or run your way to the finish line!
WHAT TO BRING
Please wear appropriate workout attire and footwear. Please bring a sweat towel for post workout and a water bottle is recommended (although water will be provided). It is IMPORTANT to note, there will be no place to leave personal or valuable belongings. Please either wear them or leave them at home.
JOIN THE MOVEMENT
Pink is the colour of the day, wear your brightest pink lipstick and clothes ever! The more pink the better! We will also have some #FrenchiesCare bibs to be worn with pride!
