The French Family Rural and Remote Relocation Scholarship aims to help contribute to the living expenses associated with living away from home for full time study. The French Family is offering scholarships to support students required to relocate for full time study.
While commitment to excellence in education is at the core of everything The Academy does, the heartbeat of The French is one of transformation. Through this Scholarship our purpose is to harness the power of the ripple effect that happens when one person decides to invest in themselves and their future and the subsequent impact this has.
Scholarship Details
Amount: $4000 living expense bursary to assist in the costs associated with living away from home for full time study.
Term: a maximum of $4000 to be paid in 4 installments over the 12 month course duration. Terms & Conditions of Scholarship are provided upon application.
Availability: To all domestic Australian students enrolled in The Future of Beauty, who are from a regional or remote area (as detailed below) and meet the eligibility criteria for study
Eligibility: To be eligible for the award the applicant must complete all the application criteria.
Application Criteria
- Complete your course interview with the Academy’s admissions team
- Submit a letter of application (personal statement) of a maximum of 500 words detailing:
- How the scholarship would further your career and make a difference in achieving your career goal
- Your prior education and or business / career achievements
- Your beauty career goals and were you see yourself in the industry
- Provide evidence to show you have a permanent address in, or have relocated to study from an outer-regional, remote and very remote area within Australia according to the Australian Statistical Geographic Standard Remoteness Areas
- Include 2 written references endorsing your application, which can be personal reference or from an employer

Scholarship Details: Up to $4000 living expense bursary to assist in the costs associated with living away from home for study for The Future of Beauty program.
Term: a maximum of $4000 to be paid in 4 instalments over the 12 month course duration. Terms & Conditions of Scholarship are provided upon application.
The Scholarship award is subject to the recipients suitability and eligibility requirements for the course being met, with the scholarship merit based.
Dates: Applicants are able to apply year round. Once your application has been received the assessment and notification of the outcome process is completed within 30 business days of receiving the scholarship application.
Notification of outcome will be via email.
