As alcohol will be available for guests of legal drinking age, please note that all guests aged 18 years and over are required to wear a wristband during the pre-ceremony refreshments.
If you have not yet collected your wristband from Reception, please do so prior to the event to ensure smooth entry and compliance with venue requirements.
Festival Car Park ($17 for 4 hours)
Located on Festival Drive, next to SkyCity Adelaide. You can access from King William Rd or Montefiore Rd.
Park on levels B3, B4, and B5 on the car park’s western side for the best SkyCity access.
4pm-7pm
4pm: Doors Open – Student Arrivals
4pm-5pm: Pre Ceremony Reception – light refreshments
5pm: Student Procession
5.15pm: Official Welcome and Graduation Ceremony Begins
6.15pm: Top of Class and Major Award Presentations
6.45pm: Confetti Moment
7.00pm: Ceremony Concludes
Please arrive as soon as possible to enjoy the full hour of pre-ceremony. Your ticket includes admission to the graduation ceremony, one hour of light canapés and refreshments, and a media experience featuring a 360 Photo Booth and a professional photographer. Under 18 years old guests must check in to receive a wristband.
Please consult the reception prior to the event for information on dietary requirements.
The dress code for both students and guests is formal. We suggest that all women and femme-presenting individuals wear a full-length gown, We encourage you to be true to your style but ensure you stay within the formal guidelines.
We suggest all all men and masc-presenting individuals wear a suit and tie for this special occasion.
Remember you also participate in a student procession where you walk down the red carpet to your seats in front of the guests. Ensure you are comfortable with the walk in your outfit and shoe choice!
