The French Family Legacy and FOUNDATION
The French Family aims to improve the world by giving women access to holistic education and qualifications, employment, self empowerment and financial literacy, that in turn changes whole communities. The French family legacy gives to two main charities through the Papillon Project in support of the butterfly effect.
CAPTIVATING
Let’s help stop the trafficking of
women and children
We aim to continue ripples of change in women’s lives by donating to our charity partner Captivating International. A charity that fights to bring justice and empowerment to some of the most underprivileged women and children in the world. In Nepal and the Philippines over 120,000 young girls are trafficked annually. Your donation allowing the safety of 5 young girls in Nepal, preventing them from being sex trafficked.
FAMILY & DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Let’s help break the cycle of abuse
Through The French Foundation, we are deeply committed to supporting individuals impacted by family and domestic violence, with a focus on empowering women to break the cycle of abuse. By partnering with trusted local charities and community organisations, our goal through funds raised is to help survivors rebuild their lives with dignity, confidence, and purpose.

This represents an exciting and rewarding challenge for teachers who are motivated by the opportunity of nurturing and mentoring students, helping them to believe in their own worth and setting them on the path to a meaningful career.
Our faculty enjoy the benefits of flexible hours, an organised curriculum, a warm, fun and dynamic working environment and the satisfaction of knowing that they are making a significant and lasting impact on the lives of others.
Our Student Advisor’s are responsible for educating prospective students on The Academy’s course offerings and providing support and advice to the student throughout their decision making cycle from enquiry through to enrolment.
The role requires a consultative approach to building strong rapport and providing potential prospective students all relevant information on courses, with the main purpose to attract and increase quality students to The Academy.
Our Student Advisors are friendly and approachable, and they take a hands-on role helping our students with career planning and job applications, as well as dealing with study and personal challenges. What they all have in common is an absolute belief in each and every student’s ability to succeed. They love coming to work each day knowing that their knowledge and experience is being shared with the next generation of beauty therapists and they get particular satisfaction from helping those who are struggling.
Like all of our staff at The French, our Student Advisors are approachable, vibrant, nurturing and love helping prospective students on the path to discovering their dream career. Many of our current Student Advisors have a wide breadth of experience working hand-on in the beauty industry as therapists and practitioners, so a deep love of beauty is essential.
Working from our stunning campuses often described as “Harvard-meets-Chanel”, our vibrant Head Office, Education and Student Advisor teams proudly share the purpose of coming to work every day to contribute to the educational journey of our students.
